Let me give an illustration that you will hopefully be able to understand:

Let's say that there is a person who continually says that 2+2=7. This person is told countless times that the correct answer to 2+2 is 4, yet they insist on saying that 2+2=7. Now, at some point a reasonable person will have no choice but to reach one of two conclusions:
A. That the person lacks the requisite intellect to grasp even remedial mathematics.
or
B. That the person is a habitual liar.

but Anti-Catholics do not know or care what is or is not fact. Some keep a canister of lies ready to repeat as the urge strikes them, often for nothing other than to annoy or anger Catholics. Usually, however, it is to serve the dark one in his continuing efforts to destroy the Church that Christ Himself began.
