Indeed, Jewish history records the canon fixed by the ‘Men of the Great Assembly’ which existed 410-310BCE. The Council of Jamnia canon story is a Christian invention.

Exactly, Jesus confirmed that canon, and even today it remains Gods revelation to the jews..

First, a niggling point, you do mean 410-310BCE

Secondly, please can you give a link to that -- there is no indication in what i have read (which is admittedly litte, hence I'd like to read what you have) that Jewish canon was fixed in it's present form before the Council of Jamnia

And again, the dates seem wrong from what I read that The Great Assembly (Hebrew: כְּנֶסֶת הַגְּדוֹלָה‎) or Anshei Knesset HaGedolah (אַנְשֵׁי כְּנֶסֶת הַגְּדוֹלָה, "The Men of the Great Assembly"), also known as the Great Synagogue, was, according to Jewish tradition, an assembly of 120 scribes, sages, and prophets, in the period from the end of the Biblical prophets to the time of the development of Rabbinic Judaism, marking a transition from an era of prophets to an era of Rabbis. They lived in a period of about two centuries ending c. 70 CE
