Intended Catholic Dictatorship

Intended Catholic Dictatorship

The ultimate intention of Catholicism is the restoration of the Holy Roman Empire. That has always been the ambition, at least covertly, but now it is being promoted overtly and openly.

The purpose of this article is only to make that intention clear. It is not a criticism of Catholics or Catholicism (unless you happen to think a Catholic dictatorship is not a good thing).

The most important point is to understand that when a Catholic talks about liberty or freedom, it is not individual liberty that is meant, not the freedom to live one's life as a responsible individual with the freedom to believe as one chooses, not the freedom to pursue happiness, not the freedom to produce and keep what one has produced as their property. What Catholicism means by freedom, is freedom to be a Catholic, in obedience to the dictates of Rome.

The Intentions Made Plain

The following is from the book Revolution and Counter-Revolution:

"B. Catholic Culture and Civilization

"Therefore, the ideal of the Counter-Revolution is to restore and promote Catholic culture and civilization. This theme would not be sufficiently enunciated if it did not contain a definition of what we understand by Catholic culture and Catholic civilization. We realize that the terms civilization and culture are used in many different senses. Obviously, it is not our intention here to take a position on a question of terminology. We limit ourselves to using these words as relatively precise labels to indicate certain realities. We are more concerned with providing a sound idea of these realities than with debating terminology.

"A soul in the state of grace possesses all virtues to a greater or lesser degree. Illuminated by faith, it has the elements to form the only true vision of the universe.

"The fundamental element of Catholic culture is the vision of the universe elaborated according to the doctrine of the Church. This culture includes not only the learning, that is, the possession of the information needed for such an elaboration, but also the analysis and coordination of this information according to Catholic doctrine. This culture is not restricted to the theological, philosophical, or scientific field, but encompasses the breadth of human knowledge; it is reflected in the arts and implies the affirmation of values that permeate all aspects of life.

"Catholic civilization is the structuring of all human relations, of all human institutions, and of the State itself according to the doctrine of the Church.

Got that? "Catholic civilization is the structuring of all human relations, of all human institutions, and of the State itself according to the doctrine of the Church." The other name for this is called "totalitarianism," the complete rule of every aspect of life.

This book and WEB sites like that where it is found are spreading like wildfire. These people do not believe the hope of America is the restoration of the liberties the founders sought to guarantee, these people believe the only hope for America is Fatima. Really!

In Their Own Words

The following is from the site, "RealCatholicTV." It is a plain call for a "benevolent dictatorship, a Catholic monarch;" their own words. They even suggest that when the "Lord's Payer," is recited, it is just such a Catholic dictatorship that is being prayed for.

Two Comments

First, in this country, freedom of speech means that anyone may express any view no matter how much anyone else disagrees with that view, or is offended by it. I totally defend that meaning of freedom of speech.

This is what Catholics believe, and quite frankly, I do not see how any consistent Catholic could disagree with it, though I suspect some may. I have no objection to their promoting those views, because it is what they believe. Quite frankly I am delighted they are expressing them openly. For one thing, it makes it much easier to understand Catholic dialog, and what they mean by the words they use.

Secondly, I think if their views were actually implemented, it would mean the end true freedom, of course, but I do not believe there is any such danger.

Yep, it's always easy to stick a rafter in someone’s eye.
But it drives away real discussion and debate, things which allow a person to sharpen their views and defence of them.

As you say, a shame.

If you are saved, you do not want to sin, you hate sin... But the unsaved can not understand that, because all they will to do is sin

But the "saved" continue to sin, even though they (say they) hate it. It's like, I hate sex but I can't stop.

So anyone that says I can sin all I want....was never saved in the first place

I thought the state of being saved is not something you or I can judge. On the other hand, wasn't it Luther who said that you can commit a thousand fornications, but a day a long as you believe in Christ you are saved?

And he also said "Sin boldly," ("Pecca frotiter...") again saying as long as your believe you have nothing to worry about, because you will sin anyway. According to the Church of RnMomof7, Luther wasn't saved (it seems)...

Fear..awe is the beginning of wisdom

Really? I thought beauty was. :) Besides, why should one fear the beauty of God, a loving God, who saved you? People fear death and evil. Why would they fear God? Why fear the one you trust (have faith in)? Why fear the one who gives you life?

Do you fear the god you do not know?

How can I fear what I don't know?

but this doesn't even approach the level of disrespect and disbelief that is exhibited by those who deny the Real Presence and dismiss the Holy Eucharist as "crackers."

Why is it that Protestants do not believe in sacraments but believe in talking donkeys?

A simple google search of *catholic clown mass* will take you to more hits than you’d believe.

I have. It's disgusting and pagan. However very few of them have an actual clown mass; most of them mention the idea of a clown mass, or reference some that they have heard of or seen posted and mostly with revulsion. You wanna see some lovely paganism? Check this out: http://www.toottheclown.com/ Get a load of the bubble worship and the balloon worship. Not Christian. Repulsive.

"I suppose the Roman historian Cassius just made up the account that the Roman army killed a dinosaur in Africa that when skinned, was over 100 feet long."

You are grasping at straws. Cassius Dio was writing about an alleged event that took place nearly 400 years earlier. His works, even those of events he purported to have witnessed, contained gross exaggerations. There is no other evidence of this event other than his chronicle.

Without the Sacrifice of the Mass and the Real Presence of our Lord, a Protestant service is nothing more that reading, preaching and singing -- Christ IS NOT PRESENT -- I could care less how people dress when they go see some Presbyterian priestess perform

Makes you wonder why they even bother going to church.

Southern Baptists oppose ordination of women as pastors or deacons. :-)

But not all Baptists.

Given that the evident reality testing is so poor, perhaps it would be helpful to give a short lesson in basic realities involved.

How about trying the post again in English using, oh, say Times New Roman in black sized at 11, utilizing standard diction, formatting and complete sentence and paragraph structure? I am grateful that Jim Robinson keeps hate speech off the RF. I have not observed any hate speech directed at either you or Dr. E. The Church, on the other hand, has lies and hate speech directed at it on a daily basis; some of it right here. I understand and will accept that you do not think that you have anything in this or that you should apologize. So be it.

It’s not written on one’s heart until they plant The Word and nourish it daily. And they need proper soil first - It doesn’t just happen. Hardened hearts to HIS WORD produce nothing.

Post 12571, by 1000silverlings, began the discussion on THIS thread.

I don’t care who or what metmom is. Immaterial to me. Why you hopped onto this discussion, metmom, is a mystery. That was from another thread entirely, so please don’t drag it to this one, BOTH of you. That’s against the rules.

But it certainly is true that theres an us/them situation set up, wherein only the Catholics are identified, the rest, no matter how different from each other, are united against Catholics. That is the only reason anyone should ever be interested.

The Paul we know was a zealot whether he was pursuing Christians or converts to Christ. He was also a confrontational and a controversial character.

I will not read his motives; he tells us pretty much what they are, and one thing that can never be denied about Paul is that he is pretty open and honest about things, so his intentions were not hidden it seems.

But he made it very clear that he will say, do and become anything in order to gain converts. Some can see it as a virtue, others as a vice.

Finally, if you deny early church history about the fates of all the apostles and thousands of disciples because there is little extra-biblical documentation about them, then you must also deny everything else about the Christian faith

You don't understand: not "little," there is nothing extra biblical about any of them. I don;t deny everything about the Christians faith. Obviously there are some early references to Christians and their practices form non-Chritsian sources, indirectly more than directly.

But as far as the apostles are concerned there is zilch. If you can find factual extra-biblical, extra-Christian mention of any of them I would be much obliged if you shared them with all.
