Your verse from Corinthians does not say (nor does it say anywhere in Scripture) that the miracles the apostles performed were to be carried on down through a select lineage of "alter Christus." That is Rome's peculiar, power-mongering fiction.

The only "miracle" men need today is the fact that Christ rose from the dead. If they don't believe that miracle, what else matters?

And if it's all the same to you, I'll skip the personal questions you seem unable to hold back from asking. I'd like to trust that all FReepers have each others' welfare in mind, but that hasn't been born out by observation.

What you call "peculiar, power-mongering fiction" is based on either bad information you've received or an inability to understand it.

The only "miracle" men need today is the fact that Christ rose from the dead.

Is that so?

Did Christ die for our sins or was He resurrected for our sins? Why is the Bible so lengthy if the ONLY thing we need to believe is that Christ rose from the dead?

But these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God: and that believing, you may have life in his name. (John 20:31)

And if it's all the same to you, I'll skip the personal questions you seem unable to hold back from asking.

I didn't ask a personal question, I merely asked what you think your Catholic friends and relatives would think of your posts on FR. But, I fully understand why you would prefer to skip that question.
