A young teenage girl who was a virgin at the time of her conception, who happened to have the correct lineage. And here's Jesus' response to someone who tried to elevate Mary at all. It was smack down time for her.

Here Jesus had the perfect opportunity to play off that and elevate Mary to the position which the Catholic church does, and He did not. HE put her back in her proper perspective, that is that she is no different than any other human being.

Like 11:27-28 As Jesus was saying these things, a woman in the crowd called out, "Blessed is the mother who gave you birth and nursed you." He replied, "Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it."

God is no respecter of persons. We shouldn't be either.

WHAT IS SO TERMINALLY DIFFICULT ABOUT CHRIST ALONE?

Because without Mary saying "Yes" to God's plan, there would have been no Incarnation of the Second Person of the Holy Trinity. In fact, the idea of "Christ alone" IS terminally difficult. Mary's consent is essential to the Plan.

You hit a point that is so true for KV and I when we came home.

We were soooo fortunete to have a teacher (our Priest) take us both and for a year meeting one one one (two) teaching us.

I had to study 3hrs a week to pass his tests and move on to the next level.

And that was/is our exp. what your posted.

We can’t go to Mass due to being homebound with KV’s lifelong medical care needs to thrive.

We have gone to our Parish Mass when we can and it is awesome...our Church is so small KV’s chair barely fits inside.

KV did the Divine Mercy Devotion this year and so I took him on a long trip to Portland Oregons Grotto for Divine Mercy Sunday.

Those who can go to Mass should not take it for granted.

We are so thankful to God for Fr. and him coming to our home to bring Holy Eucharist every two weeks. It is a trip up the coast for him and he is 84 in earth years.

KV also had the oppertunity despite the physical endurance it took (and he was small enough I could lift him back then) to attend Fr. Max Kolbe Militia Immaculata Teen Camp two consecutive years in a row.

That gave him his “job” as a Prayer Warrior who lifts his suffering up in Prayer intentions and the all those who suffer in this world.
