He sealed it until after his death. Why didn’t he say something before? Now it’s relegated to Youtube videos and FR threads where the choir preaches about it to the choir. Not seeing much traction here. But oh well.

Lots of people fail to see the truth staring them in the face;
nose to nose with it;
even in their own mirrors.
Nothing new in 2000 years about that.
Personally, I don’t consider Scripture and history mangling deceptions from hell fostering folks failing to watch, be ready, as Christ instructed . . . to be any fraction of the truth. Preterists, REPLACEMENTARIANS et al will likely have a LOT to answer for.
Jesus would not have appeared to this rabbi unless he was a very holy man, possibly one who wanted to live to see the Messiah, possibly one who made this his chief prayer as he grew older and older, possibly one who asked for the truth about the Messiah whatever it might turn out to be.
It reminds me of the man in the temple who recognized the baby Jesus and rejoiced that he saw the Messiah before he died.
