First, Hebrew is written right to left, so you are showing only the end of whatever is written. The text says “Israel” twice, which suggests the line of text praises Israel. Wish I knew more.

It says the three words Am Yisrael Chai in a repeating pattern with an asterisk or star between them.
Translation - the Jewish nation lives.

If you’re not Jewish, just take it to one of your Jewish friends. Chances are their children taking Hebrew school would know. Their Rabbi would definitely know.
Beautiful scarf!
