This is why the Catholic Church doesn’t want Catholics to read the Word for themselves, because then they’d see the unadulterated hogwash their teachings about Mary are.

I looked up those references as well and the only connection between the two situations that I could find was the time period of three months.

Mary left after three months simply because, if you do the math, Elizabeth was due to deliver at any time.

That does NOT make Mary a type of the ark.

And even IF it did, it does not support any contention that she was conceived without sin.

You do know that Bible study is, as we say, "indulgenced," right? That is, the Vatican declares spiritual benefits accrue to those who read the Bible for half an hour.

Mind you, since we all 'know' that Church doesn't want us to read the Bible, I guess this indulgence must be viewed as an oversight, right?
