"...but they cannot change the fact it was God who was displeased."

Based solely on the word of JS. None other. There is no other independently verifiable proof of his assertions.

JS threw the "acid" upon all of Christianity with his 1st vision statements

Again you have to move the bar in order to try justify your prideful statement.

Again it was Joseph Smith a boy of 14 in a humble prayer seeking answers to his question of which church he should join and the Lord told Joseph Smith to join none.

So if one does not like the answer the next best thing to do is to demonized the messinger and throw a tantrum.

Does this mean you will now tell us (and Elsie in particular) what Joe Smith found was false in Presbyterianism? LOL

This reminds me when I was very young like age 20 and inquired of the clery for answers and was told those things are done away with they are no longer it was about those things in the Bible.

Yet after many years of my quest I found it for I knew with in my being the Lord would not leave His Children that the Lord had a Church on earth!

My statement stands on its own merits.

In order for your claims to stand, you must have faith that what JS said is above reproach. It has been shown that he was not, this is factual and to claim that I'm "demonizing" and "throwing a tantrum" is disingenous and an outright falsehood.

Dishonesty again? Truth in advertising please

Again it was Joseph Smith a boy of 14 in a humble prayer seeking answers to his question of which church he should join and the Lord told Joseph Smith to join none.

“I was answered that I must join none of them, for they were all wrong; and the Personage who addressed me said that all their creeds were an abomination in His sight; that those professors were all corrupt; that: ‘they draw near to me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me, they teach for doctrines the commandments of men, having a form of godliness, but they deny the power thereof.’”

Misrepresenting what smith said tries to hide the bar completely. JS tossed the acid

Joseph Smith (pbuh) didn't like the ANSWER he got from Christianity; so he listened to the demonized messengers and threw himself into creating his OWN religion.

Resty, there is NO proof Smith’s story is true and quite a bit of documentary evidence that it is not (the different first vision accounts).

It is Smith’s word against the evidence and a prosecuting attorney would have a FIELD DAY with Smith on this.
