In MY church (Wesleyan denomination) we periodically go thru our 'membership' list and note members who have not attended for a long time and mail them to see if they still wish to remain a member. Some cannot be found, which will put them on a track to be removed, some say "Yes, remove me because I'm now attending somewhere else", others state that they DO want to remain on the roll, even though they do not attend regularlly
You mean you don’t keep them on the records until they are 110?! How shocking!
