There’s a BIG difference between being anti-Mormon and being anti-Mormonism. I’m surrounded by Mormons at work and at home. They are among the best co-workers and are the best neighbors I’ve ever had. I can’t believe what they believe, but I love them nonetheless.

GF39 - very well put. I agree - some of the nicest and most dedicated people I met in the Air Force were Mormons. They remain my friends, even though our respective theologies are poles apart.

The author of the piece is the one who is marginalizing anyone who disputes mormonism because
HE is the one who fails to make the distinction between "anti-mormon" and "anti-mormonISM".
I am an apostate mormon and married to a mormon for 20+ years and agree with your sentiment about their character. They are good people. It's the doctrine I take issue with.
