One thing I think you meant to say when you said that Jesus is in Heaven with his creator God, you of course mean that this will be until Jesus’ second coming on earth, right?

Your Catholic tradition contradicts scripture... Well, it certainly contradicts your own personal interpretation of Scripture, but so what about that?
Nothing in Holy Tradition contradicts Holy Scripture, or vice versa.
