As I said before, it would require a trip to Nicaragua for any further details on the image. And again, it was the image itself and the title attached to it that troubled me for the same reason I bristle at images like these (Madonna and Santa:)

I agree it’s highly insulting. Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing what the picture in Nicaragua actually shows and even less of an idea of what the original orientation was.
