The term "Protestant", like the terms "Christian" and "Roman Catholic," implies a Trinitarian perspective.

All Protestants are Trinitarian. Mormons and Unitarians are not Protestants.

Quite incorrect -- the term "Protestant" is a broad term for the groups that arre not part of the Apostolic Church, so everyone from the OPC to the eCUSA to the Mormons go in that basket for a forum. If you want to have the term "catholic" include everyone include OPC, Baptist, etc., then the term "protestant" will include the Mormons and Jehovah's witnesses and unitarians. If we want to have the narrow definition for Protestant caucasus that you have posted (which is also the commonly understood one), then logically we too need to have the narrow definition for Catholic caucasus. One logically follows the other.
