Becuase they are the "elect" and they are supposed to be born into Christ, no free will or actions needed to be carried out by any man, or else that would not be taking "the elect".

You do not understand the doctrine of election.. take some time to study it

I post the version of the doctrine of election as stated by the Orthodox Presbyterians. Is yours different from that explanation?
