Who are the Catholics: The Orthodox or The Romanists, or both?
Me

I just witnessed a couple of Orthodox posters get kicked off a "Catholic Caucus" thread. I thought, despite their differences, they had a mutual understanding that each sect was considered "Catholic". Are not the Orthodox considered Catholic? Why do the Romanists get to monopolize the term "Catholic"?
I consider myself to be Catholic being a part of the universal church of Christ. Why should one sect be able to use a universal concept to identify themselves in a caucus thread while other Christian denominations need to use specific qualifiers to identify themselves in a caucus thread?

Consider that it was designed to be observable from 30,000 ft. 500 years before the invention of aircraft. It is a tribute to God, not those inside the building.A tribute to God??? The cross was a shame and a curse to God...You think He wants to be reminded of the pain and shame He went thru??? Even after He said, 'It is finished??? He might figure you guys are mocking Him...

Whats to stop me from going to a friends farm, chopping off the head of a chicken, hanging the chicken upside down on a wall, drawing a pentagram above it, taking a picture and claiming that the picture was taken at the local Machenite church?Don't laugh so quickly...There may already be one there...Next to Mary being crucified on a cross...

That photo does not depict Mary crucified, nor would it, if it is a Catholic monument.
Mary is on the cross, as a sacrifice...
Mary's sacrifice is her Son, who died on that cross.

The fact that your Jerome made up 50 of his own version to give to Constantine means nothing to me... I would love to know what book you use as the source for your "facts".
Emperor Constantine the Great (who was Roman emperor but was not born in Rome, didn't grow up in Rome, never lived in Rome and moved the seat of the Empire to Turkey) died in the year 337.
Saint Jerome was born c. 347 (a decade AFTER the death of Constantine) and began his translation of the Bible in 382.
So, your "fact" is FALSE.

There has NEVER been a single photo that shows the Blessed Mother being crucified. This is another “fact” that you fail to grasp.

Next to Mary being crucified on a cross...Nonesuch in any Catholic Church.
Don't you ever grow weary of being so bone-achingly relentlessly wrong?

The photo in question, dubious as it is, DOES NOT show the Blessed Mother on a cross. It shows what appears to be a woman touching a cross with her hand on her breast. NOTHING in the photos suggests that she is being crucified, so the phrase “on the cross” is patently FALSE.

Nope, but all historical evidence makes your statement that the Caucasus had "never heard of Rome" absolutely, hilariously, wrong. Before you break your arm pattin' yourself on the back, maybe you ought to climb down off that horse because what you posted is not what the fella said...

I love the subtle touch of the dude claiming Mary is on the cross doesn’t even actually know how to link to it. Although the far more likely explanation is bringing the picture to the forum would instantly prove his “interpretation” of the photo into serious question, and by association, the rest of his fantasy propaganda.

The cross was a shame and a curse to God...
So, is that really what you think? God feels no shame to become a mortal, so why do you ascribe this human emotion to Him?

Some guy took a photo of an old graveyard in Nicaragua (a country that has had catastrophic earthquakes AND a civil war that lasted over a decade). The photo showed what seemed like a woman touching a cross. She WAS NOT on the cross and we have no clue what the original configuration was (the cross appeared to be leaning, so it may have fallen).
The photographer NAMED the picture “Mary’s Sacrifice” but that means NOTHING. I can take a picture and name it whatever I want, that doesn’t mean a thing.

If you are referring to a Christian bible then your point is historically and demonstrably false. Even if your church broke away from the Catholic Church in the 15th century your spiritual roots and history are in the Catholic Church. I have no spiritual roots in any church, or religion...
Were there no non-Catholic Christians prior to the 15th Century, 14th Century???

That would be so hilarious, but now all the anti-Church members will jump on board and say INDEED, how do you know that +Jerome was bornin c 347 -- that's told to you by the SEE's historians :-P
