I am under no illusions that the bible focus was around just the Christians of the USA, it was for all Christians around the world.
Neither and I going to deny America in world history and that the US Constitution was God inspired.
How do you explain that it was Jews who helped George Washington financing the War of Independence ?
How do you explain, that, up until recently, America has been the helper and protector of Israel and the Jews, and yes, I admit, FDR initially would not let the boats of Jews inter our harbors when they needed help.
For the most part, the USA has helped the Jews and Israel, and provided her with finical help.

Israel ceased to exist as a nation at the time of King Rehoboam, the son of King Solomon. The Kingdom was divided in 922 BC. The northern part called itself Israel and it was destroyed in 721 BC.

There was no Israel at the time of Jesus. In fact one of the last things His disciples asked Jesus after the Crucifixion and during the ascension, was. Acts 1:6-8

“When they therefore were come together, they asked of Him saying, Lord wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel?

And He said unto them. It is not for you to know the time or the seasons, which the the Father hath put in his own power.

But ye shall receive power after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you; and ye shall be witness unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

We in the USA are in the uttermost part of the earth from Israel. In 1948 we supported by vote in New York City in the UN the recognition and establishment of the State of Israel. We are all witness to this today.

Almost 3,000 years from the break up of Israel, Israel is restored. It is also written in Ezekiel 38:8-9 speaking of Armageddon and the final battle..

“After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter years thou shalt come into the land that is brought back from the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of Israel, which have always been waste: but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safely all of them.

Thou shalt ascend and come like a storm, thou shalt be like a cloud to cover the land, thou, and all thy bands, and many people with thee.”

Ezekiel started his work in 597 BC. In the chapter above he names the first band of Gog and Magog against Israel as Persia (Iran).

This word came down to Ezekiel before Jesus was born and was followed by thousands of years of no Israel. The Lord knows His times and seasons. When it happens it needs to be recognized. The Lord is not slack. He does not promise and then not fulfill.

As for the final battle, it goes like this.Ezekiel 38:22-23

“And I will plead against him with pestilence and with blood; and I will rain upon him, and upon the many people that are with him, an overflowing rain and great hailstones, fire and brimstone.

Thus will I magnify myself and sanctify myself; and I will be known in the eyes of many nations, and they shall know that I am the LORD.”.......

So will I make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel; and I will not let them pollute my holy name any more: and the heathen shall know that I am the Lord. the Holy One in Israel.

Behold it is come, and it is done, saith the Lord God; this is the day whereof I have spoken.” The people of Israel are not fooled by Obama. The USA can not afford to let Obama turn it against Israel or set up a phony temporary peace. The final battle will come but let us be in the camp of the saints.
