You just made my point. Fantasy, fables, mysticism . . . everything but the Word of God, which anyone can understand if they make the effort.
You apparently reject scripture, but you should at least try reading it. (Start with I Timothy 4.)
I would suggest you start with 2 Peter 1:20 which does not condone private interpretation of Scripture. Can there be more than one interpretation of the Bible? No. The word "truth" is used several times in the New Testament. However, the plural version of the word "truth" never appears in Scripture. Therefore, there can only be one Truth. That is why there are so many different churches all claiming to have the truth. In truth, your Bible was compiled by the Catholic Church.
And just who assembled and interpreted the Word of God for you, pal? Certainly not your denominational faith, which is about 1800 years younger than Christ’s one Church, still based in Rome.
“You apparently reject scripture, but you should at least try reading it. (Start with I Timothy 4.)”
We don’t reject Scripture. We reject your interpretation along with the myriad other interpretations based on sola.
Adios.
NYer probably has read scripture more than you have.
