It is likely to jangle anyone who
. . . construes reality . . . God . . . . . theology . . . Scripture
IN THEIR PERSONALLY UNIQUE TIDY LITTLE BOXES
AS = ABSOLUTE TRUTH.
However, I did not find it UnBiblical. The author lays aside some critical Biblical issues with a single sentence here and there in order to focus on emphasizing God’s Love etc. etc. etc.
Given God’s priority on His Love . . . I can allow quite a few literary tools in such an effort.
I probably would have written such a book differently. Probably THE SHACK is better as it is.
But then, I always had a fondness for Aunt Jemima.
