In Isaiah 64:6 KJV
But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
Strong’s (KJV)
tells us that the Hebrew word form the word “filthy” in the verse is
ed (ayd) meaning menstrual flux (flow), soiling, filthy..
the word rags in the same verse is
malach, a rag or old garment, a rotten rag
So cc the KJV is just being delicate..
but the same Hebrew Chaldee words were used...
