I will be at the Divine Liturgy tomorrow with Coptic Christians. They regularly tell of violence directed against their people by the Mohammedans as they get regular reports from their families. That said, they also have very close friends who are Mohammedans; in fact the youngest of them, a 22 year old girl who married an American guy, has a Mohammedan as her best friend. All the Copts say that the majority of the Mohammedans are fine but that the government oppresses Christians of all types and that radical Islam is definitely on a very fast rise.

I pray that the Mohameddan friend sees the light of the Lord.

The Coptic Chrstians like all Eastern Orthodox Christians have suffered so much at the hands of the demon Mohamedans.....

In our OCA parish, we have an older Coptic man married to a Russian-American woman, with grown Orthodox children. He says the same things about islam that I do, but knows the Qu’ran in Arabic so speaks with more authority on Qu’ranic matters than I do. He says that the muslim radicals in Egypt are trying to bring back the jizya tax.
