Yeah, but not for that. The LDS church has allowed the removal of garments for sex for a long time now.

They did back when I wore my first maternity garments. They were one piece with an appropriate opening and overlap of material.

They were miserable to wear, but nowadays they have two piece that I understand are much better. I wonder when God gave the holy pattern and to which holy 'prophet' he inspired the change in the holy garment.
