If you can’t believe that God created the world as it says in the Bible...[yada, yada, yada, can't really be a Christian, etc., etc., etc.]

Wrong. I am 100% creationist. I believe that God created the entire universe out of nothing just like it says in the Bible. What I don't believe is that "yom" means a literal 24-hour day.

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.

God has spoken to us not only in his word, but also in general revelation through his creation. All of the scientific evidence points to an earth that is around 4.5 billion years old and a universe that is around 14 billion years old.

When you deny what God has shown in his creation, and deny a perfectly legitimate interpretation of Genesis that agrees 100% with God's general revelation, then you are saying that God has lied to us through his creation. Yet, as usual, you Young-Earthers are the ones who claim that those of who recognize those facts aren't real Christians.

The age of the earth isn’t the question here. Evolution is.

Doesn't the claim of a young earth require the belief that life as is today happened on an accelerated evolutionary rate? Those dinos did exist and they somehow have to fit into being wiped out and yet in the Garden. And if they (dinos) were here during the Garden Party they would have still been around when God told Noah to build an ark and save two of all flesh. And also how is it if there was only Adam and Eve as humans created did a reservoir of DNA get directed out to bring forth man in the flesh bodies as looking differently?

What you are saying is that the scripture has to line up with science...Bible beleivers say that science has to line up with scripture...

then you are saying that God has lied to us through his creation.

No...I would say that the scripture is 100% accurate and your theory of science and your interpretation of the scriptures are faulty...

I dug a fossil out of a gorge on the Yellowstone River in Montana and sent it to the University of Michigan...They dated it and sent it back...They said it was a salt water species and was over 500 million years old...

What was fascintating to me was that there were thousands of these fossils arranged at the base of this little gorge covered by about 100 feet of dirt and rock which had been washed out and allowed them to be visible...

They were all in a layer about 2 feet thick...Like there was a mass death of these things all at one time...I count this as evidence of Noah's Flood...

I seriously doubt the dating methods of the scientific community...I doubt they can tell the difference in something that is a million years old and a billion...

A person that actually believes what the scriptures say, in my view, can see an old earth as well as a young earth...Evolution however is out of the question...
