I just told you. The ones that live relatively good lives and accept the one true God as their savior. Here's an example of some that wouldn't: Unitarians started off as a movement within Protestant Churches and many claim to be "Christian" but they do not accept Jesus as their savior. So they might admire Jesus as a good role model but since they view him as a mortal man, they don't know the REAL Jesus that Christians do. Then you have some Protestants who commit mortal sins are unrepentant, so they are not in a state of grace. Take for example O.J. Simpson, a cold blooded killer who will not admit his sins and repent.

But it's up to Jesus to determine who's heart has shown grace and salvation to be saved. As a mortal I can merely venture a guess.

And I don't think the Catholic church has ever claimed you need to take the Catholic sacrament of communion to be saved. However, the sacrament of communion that Jesus instituted is believed to be the only way of directly being filled with Jesus himself while on earth. Some Protestant "communion" ceremonies don't bring you close to Jesus at all, as I said, they're merely chewing on bread and thinking about Jesus' death.
