We made sweet and spicy black beans(I could have eaten the entire pan of these myself), Carne Asada which had a very tangy taste, spanish rice, refried beans and then churros for dessert. I will never make those(churros) things again. The house will smell like hot oil for days. Ugh! The kids loved everything so I guess it was worth it. We have so many leftovers. We’ll be eating it for days! It’s been a wonderful feast day.
