That's because they can't.

They might BELIEVE that they know more about stuff; but they find out real quick they were fooled by the smooth talking professor when a knowledgable Christian starts asking them questions.

You missed the best part...

Those who have a desire to learn and know the things of the Lord are the ones who received a witness of the Holy Ghost

When that occurs it has nothing to do with how the world preceives so arrogance and pride has no presents.

About a rant from a leader who is PREACHING "arrogance and pride".

And from someone who consistently brags that the LDS is "God's church".
