Sister colorcountry, as an ordained Patriarch holding the holy Melchizadek Priesthood, I lay my hands upon your head and give unto you your Patriarchal blessing, and I pray for the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to direct me so that the blessing may be a source of comfort, wisdom and strength unto you.
My dear little sister, it is pleasing to the Lord that you love Him and are seeking His continued counsel and guidance. Our Father dearly loves you, one of His especially chosen spirit children, and His greatest wish for you is a life of joy and excellent service unto Him. You proved your faithfulness in the Spirit world when we lived in the presence of our Heavenly Father, as His holy family of spirit children. At that time you were assigned to be among the chosen family of Israel, you are of the lineage of Joseph through Ephraim. You also chose to come to mortality in the especially noble and blessed family of your loving parents and sturdy God-fearing ancestors who have reared you so well from your infancy and prepared so well the way before you, and passed on to you a glorious heritage of nobility.
You were born under the New and Everlasting Covenant and in the influence of a reverent home and the divine Church where you have learned the true purpose of life and attained a testimony that God lives and the Gospel is His true pattern to follow in regaining an exaltation in His holy presence.
By your baptism and confirmation you have made yourself worthy of the gifts and guidance of the Holy Ghost to lead you unto all truth, if you seek Him.
I bless you that you may always be aware of the solemn nature of your covenants and the great responsibility which is upon you to prepare yourself through diligent study, humble prayer, virtuous thinking and righteous living every moment of your life. “Let virtue garnish you thoughts unceasingly, then shall thy confidence wax strong in the presence of God----, The Holy Ghost shall be thy constant companion----“.
Sister Elizabeth up to this time in your young life you have been assisted greatly in your decisions and goals; as you advance you will be required more and more to make your own decisions so I bless you that you ever remember and < to> honor the teachings and guidance of your parents and seek the wisdom and gifts of the Holy Ghost, that you will not be overcome by sin and evil temptations, or led astray and deceived by false teachings and philosophies of evil and designing persons.
I bless you that you shall prepare yourself excellently for the positions of teaching and leadership service into which you may be called to serve. May you be able to carry with you, as you enter the various < phases> of your life, the spirit of devotion and conviction shown by the Apostle Paul when he said “I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto Salvation.”
Dear sister your supreme goal and the source of your greatest joy and exaltation will be achieved through your divine gift of motherhood, as the devoted wife of a servant of God holding the holy Priesthood; sealed by the power of the Priesthood and the Holy Spirit of Promise in the Temple of the Lord, you may thus establish your own unit of our Father’s Celestial and eternal family and become candidates unto the Celestial exaltation in God’s Kingdom.
I bless you that you shall prepare yourself to give sacred life and righteous loving motherhood unto as many of out Father’s chosen spirit children as He shall see fit to entrust into your parental care. I bless you that you may pass on to your posterity the your splendid, wholesome heritage, glorified and magnified; that your posterity may be well prepared and qualified to fill < well> their unique positions of leadership in their own generation.
I bless you that you may have health and vigor of mind, body and spirit to fill fully your foreordained mission of righteous service in you life.
I now seal these admonitions upon you through your faithfulness and I seal you up against the power of the destroyer to come forth in the first resurrection, crowned with immortality and eternal life. This I do in the name of Jesus Christ, Amen.
