The verse (Matthew 22:30) he would use to support that doesn't actually say that. It simply says that in heaven there is no marrying or being given in marriage. It doesn't say anything about sexual relations or generative organs or their uses.

"For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven."

Compare with Genesis 6:4.
