You dismiss all the people that lived around the world for almost 6000 years. How many millions upon millions upon millions of humans lived and died in ignorance of God -according to you- because they had no contact with the people around Palestine.

The world population has exploded since 17th century no doubt..but that doesn't diminish the fact that the earth had people all over it. From China to the Roman empire..africa and Asia... not just Palestine.
