You still have not answered my question about the responses you do post.
Are you capable of answering questions without cutting / pasting using just your own words and heart felt convictions.

Jesus asks him to ask the many witness. His question is taken as an insult to the high priest.
22 And when he had thus spoken, one of the officers which stood by struck Jesus with the palm of his hand, saying, Answerest thou the high priest so?
The officer challenges Jesus honor with a demeaning question.
The silence indicates Jesus’ acquisition with great honor in the interaction
