The day Helen Mar Kimball was married she return and continue to live with her parents and did not attend many of the adult functions.
Then why did they get married?

I thought that it was sanctioned by God...If so, why was it necessary for her to go back home to live with her parents?

Because it was for eternity not time!

Oh, right...and somehow the claim that it was for eternity normalizes child abuse?

Why did Joseph Smith tell Helen that she had to marry him to save her entire family?

And...why didn't Joseph Smith wait until eternity to consumate the marriage to his 14 year old bride?

What do you think Helen Mar Kimball thought about her "ceremony"?
