funny haha, but what do you really think of C.S. Lewis’s quote? I would honestly like to know your opinion?
You can take it two ways:
One, he really believes that humans can actually become "gods and goddesses”...
Or, more likely,
Two, he is expressing beliefs of some people in society that they could become "gods and goddesses”.
If I were to say...
“There are no ordinary people. We live in a society of possible fools and idiots”
Would someone take this to mean that everyone is either a fool or and idiot?
