Well, I’ve had it up to here with the constant lies and misrepresentations of my church. If you were in my shoes, wouldn’t you be upset as well?

I’ve learned three things in 20 years as an apologist:

1. Debating is futile.
2. Nearly every single person who attacks Mormonism is a liar and dishonest. I can count on one hand those who are honest and abstain from knowingly misrepresenting the church.
3. Turning the other cheek gives anti-Mormons a false sense of smugness. Never again will I let liars get away with it when I catch them misrepresenting my church.

Nearly every single person who attacks Mormonism is a liar and dishonest.

I doubt that.

The LDS underestimate how profoundly antithetical their belief system is to Christianity.

It is a damnable heresy to say that God was once a man. It is a damnable heresy to say that men can become God. Christians are literally repulsed by the arrogance and blasphemy of those two statements.

I've learned three things in 20 years as an apologist:

1. Debating is futile.

Maybe the reason you're not getting anywhere in these debates is because what Mormons believe is so far outside the bounds of Christianity that it is dismissed as total folly.

Go back to the Bible and read it without the spectacles of concocted fables.

why should you pay homage to thier "lies"?

Matthew 5:10 Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew 5:11 "Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me.

Matthew 5:12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.

Matthew 5:44 But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you,

I detect huffiness!

Almost time to stalk off the field due to lack of worthy opponents!
