Thank you for this much needed thread. I am constantly dismayed at the level of discourse between Christians on this board. While we don’t all agree on every point of doctrine, we can agree that we all love Jesus and that He commanded that we love one another. That is how the world knows we are His, because we do! The more folks respond in a right spirit with significant contributions on this thread—the greater contrast the vast number of lurkers will have to consider—hopefully more fruitfully—that some Christians may actually love one another and thereby be more worthy the name of

Christians.
