300 years is a long, long time...I suspect there were many copies of the writings of all the Apostles in that 300 years...

And the Roman emperors were burning bibles long before the RCC was ever organized.

well, some groups think that Christianity was only practised after the 16th century while the Mormons believe that it was in the 1840s
