I have been told, or read somewhere, and relativey recently at that, that there are some Scandinavian dioceses with an intact succession. If I have time tomorrow, I'll see if I can find it.
To the best of my knowledge the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Sweden is withing the historic Epicopate and Apostolic Succession. It is with regret that I must add that one of the reasons for knowing this is that retired Bishop Kristin Stendahl was one of the co-consecrators of the infamous apostate Episcopalian Vicki Gene Robinson.
As for belief in the Real Presence all Lutherans subscribe to the 1530 Confession of Augsburg and to Luther's Large Catechism, both of which are clear that Christ is fully present in, with, and under the bread and wine. I even know of a few Lutheran churches with Reservation tabernacles, complete with white lamps.
