I am a Pastor and most of my work is with inner city youth, low income families, addicts, gangs.....

It has been a busy day, just finished with a 21 year old crack addict prostitute who agreed to detox tomorrow and then recovery program. A lot can change in 24 hours though.

I am here like 10 minutes and then something else.

Sounds like my daughter's former job in the Chicago area. She is now home with two young children.

She worked out of the County Health Office and went out on home visits to the at risk youth.

Drugs, pregnancies, gangs, etc. She said she had seen it all.
