The Anglican Communion Network and the American Anglican Council have encouraged clergy to read the pastoral letter from Bishop Bob Duncan to be read in churches on Sunday. Many dioceses are having their report-back session from the Convention this Saturday.

Can someone "translate" for me? It seems they're only saying they disagree, but are not providing any direction or course of action. Am I missing something?

They are setting the stage, in hopes/promise of action from the world-wide Anglican Communion that would set them as the recognized Episcopal Church per its charter.
