St. Micheal, the Archangel, defend us in battle,

Could you show us any historic evidence that angels are to be prayed to or that they are "saints" ? The prayer is into thin air, heard by no one.

The prayer is into thin air, heard by no one.

With the exception of God, who probably is not pleased by the misdirection.

This is something I cannot fathom about faiths that purport to pray to anyone other than the Holy and Perfect Trinitarian God of all creation. But when you've got the ear of the man in charge, why bother with anything less?

Perhaps they heed human voices telling them God is not listening or that they need to do something before He pays attention to them. Pity.

Can you give me any evidence that God does everything himself? Granted, he is omnipotent but has used people and angels throughout. Read the Bible. God sends his angels and they obey. God sends his prophets and they obey and God sent His Son. If you'll read the prayer you'll see who I think is in charge.
