LOL! Well, I am not speaking about those who repeat that prayer over and over again all day long, but rather, those who call upon Christ DURING the temptation. This habit is one of reliance on the Lord and not ourselves. It is one of humility. When we call upon the Lord during our temptations, we are relying on Him who desires our deification.

Ah, it's one thing to ask our Lord Jesus to save us and to keep us safe (one time); it's quite another to confess our sins (multiple times).
