The Visible Church is a community where apostilically ordained priests offer valid Holy Eucharist. That is also the Church able to instruct in interpretation of the scripture. More broadly defined visible communities of faith exist but being based on a schism they ipso facto cannot instruct anyone.
We already determined that individuals are able to to interpret scripture and that other believers (the Church) will help keep them straight when they're off base.
BTW, we're really not arguing over scripture, imo. It appears that the real discussion is your contention that the church you attend is the only church. Of course, I disagree. Is there any point in continuing this?
