I assume that "wog" is a term for "outsiders". What does it mean?

Wog is any non-scientologist. According to the scientology dictionary it's derived from 'worthy oriental gentleman'.

It is a slur. Last I heard they were trying to eliminate it from the lexicon because the wogs didn't like it!

May I ask that you forgive me for it's use here? It's simply much easier for me to think in scientologiese when trying to recall events that happened in the church way back when, and to relate the attitudes of the church and it's members.
