TOM MCCLINTOCK DAILY EDITION - 10/8/03 - GOING DARK!
Posted on 10/08/2003 7:10:21 AM PDT by Rabid Dog
As many of you know this has been a local, regional, national news and views thread. I want to thank all of you that have respected its intent. When I first started this thead, I was on the fence between Arnold and Tom. Within a week, it became clear that Tom was the man I could respect and support.
Within a month it became clear that the CA G.O.P. was not an organization I could respect and support and so I have switched parties and will be changing my screen name to Rabid Dog.
Tomorrow I am entering Freeper Detox and will be drying out for a week or so but am looking foward to discussing the changes in California under the leadership of our new governor - ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER!!
TOPICS: Politics/Elections; US: California

Nevermind I just checked the link.
I batted a .250 this election!

Yeah, I looked it up too. Sad. Every sentient being should have supported such a commonsense measure against racism in state government.

Guess what I heard on KMJ Radio last night?!! Mike Der Manouel Jr as much as admitted that Bill Jones struck some kind of a deal with Schwarzenegger for Jones to run for U.S. Senate - this after the California Republican Assembly has already endorsed Tony Strickland. Sheeeeeeesh!

And there I thought that in order to get an endorsement Arnold had promised that to Bill Simon...
As if Arnold could deliver a GOP primary victory in this State, which, looking forward to how things are likely to look next year, I doubt.

Tony Strickland? Oh, another Thousand Oaks Tomato Can.
You people are a joke.

RR:
Thank you for providing this thread throughout the Recall...I ended up voting for Arnold in the end because Tom's numbers just were not there, and the L.A. Slimes needed to be stapped big time...
I hope Tom comes forward in the future, and the Calif. Republican Party gets behind him...
Talk to you later...

Florida, Arizona, and Nevada?
Either get stuck in the desert or a bug infested, humid swamp.
No thanks.

Never trust the California Elite...you must wait until they publically say something (where alot of people are taking notes), only then should you begin to consider believing it.
Case-in-point: Bill Simon at the Yes on Recall rally (after the rally qualified) said that Tom McClintock was the best man for the job. Arnold did not attend the rally (he was asked and was at the convention nearby...). However Simon endorsed Arnold...

Well, Mr. Schwarzenegger: Congratulations!
To the people of California:
Take care and watch every single step of your new Governor! No matter what he says, don´t trust him!
We Germans once had an Austrian who came to us, gave up his Austrian nationality and became a politician... ;-)
To: Rabid Republican
(re Batted .250 this election) Yeah, but your slugging percentage is still 1.000, buddy. :) Davis was a 4-bagger.
Besides, on FR at least, isn't Schwarzenegger regarded as the sacrifice bunt, to McClintock's line drive?

So, I guess you don't particularly care that the implicit goal of the NFRA and the CRA (and stated explicitly in thevanguard.com) would exclude Jews from GOP political life
Jews for Morality (JfM), a national organization of Orthodox Jewish rabbis and laymen, today announced their strong support for Tom McClintock for Governor of California.
Rabbi Yehuda Levin, executive director of JFM said: "Tom McClintock is the only viable candidate who wholeheartedly stands for decency and morality.
"Mr. Schwartzenegger and Mr. Bustamante, the other major candidates, have made it clear that they support the further destruction of American society through the promotion of homosexuality and abortion." end JfM Endorses McClintock for California Governor

Tony Strickland? Oh, another Thousand Oaks Tomato Can. You people are a joke. Well, as long as Kelsey Grammer or Bruce Willis stay out of it, we conservatives should be fine this time.

You people are sanctimonious, amateurish losers. The adults are in charge now. Playtime for the CRA rubes is over, you bozos have done enough damage to that great state.
You were just steamrolled mercilessly. AGAIN. There wasn't a thing you could do about it but strut around Free Republic calling everybody "RINO" and "sellout". You are crew are incompetent and insufferable - and your Registered-ripoff parodies suck royally pal.
I've never seen such a display of rank stupidity mixed with unwarranted arrogance as you McClintock assclowns have shown here. Good riddance to bad garbage.
