And should Arnold make a mistake as Govenror, you hatless asses will be right back here with your pious "we told you so" comments, based on one error. I can hardly wait.

Neither can I. This is gonna be hella-fun.

Say, by the way...."principled tom" said something about dropping out of the race if he didn't have enough to overtake Arnold, so he wouldn't split the vote.

Provide evidence for your claim.

Arnold's handlers were the CA G.O.P.

Your point is exactly what I am talking about.

That's when I made my decision to leave.

You are absolutely right about whose company I would like to keep in a foxhole. No danger of getting shot in the back.

Is it time to cheer for some amorphous and immeasurably small "change" yet?

As far as "small change" goes, the election is over and Tom Tom doesn't have to pick up any more aluminum cans to cover pizza and salad rallies (unless of course the bill collectors get too insistent).

[On issues alone, do you prefer Arnold or Tom?]

Irrelevant.

Translation: Run away!

Mr. 13% has gained "national" respect?

He did beat Peter Camejo on the Green Party ticket as well as the porn queen, Larry Flynt, and Gallagher.

Irrelevant. Arnold is the governor, Tom is not.

C'mon, humor me. I gave you the "spiiter" ammo, and introduced you to the wonderful world of the "asshat" insult. It's the least you can do.

Once again, you are way off the mark about me as you were in voting for a spoiler.

I think I have heard Hannity for minutes only a few times the whole year.

I unlike you don't follow faulty leaders blindly into oblivion in the name of principles or some talk-show entertainer.

I read a lot from many sources, take in the information and come to a proper conclusion based on the facts out there and then "act".
Based on your boasted choices, I couldn't expect you to understand that thinking, so I understand your lack of respect for some people and the need to move to a political party on the fringe of society.
You should expect McClintock to join you as well there. I hope you enjoy the solitude that offers you.

Don't let a few get you down, Rabid. By far, the majority of people on this forum are intelligent, thoughtful, decent folks. Unfortunately, emotions are still running high right now. Sometimes it's best to turn the other check...maybe this is one of those times.

What was fascinating was the inability of Arnold's apologists to address the virtually identical positions of Schwarzenegger and Bustamante on the issues.

Astute observation. That's what I thought. If I vote for McClintock, I get Bustamante or Schwarzenegger. What's the difference. So I voted McClintock.

You did indeed introduce me to information that I didn't know today, and for that I thank you. But, request denied.

Yep. Not a nickel's worth of difference between Arnold and Cruz.

Tax this suckers!

Yeah, right.
Where they gonna go?
Oregon? Washington?
Nothing but leftist, socialist states out there.
The revolution is complete.
There's nowhere in the US you can go to get away from the welfare statist elite.
So go ahead - leave California.
It ain't no better elsewhere.

I'm not down at all! If there is one thing I have learned - it's you can't stop people from being stupid. I like to focus on the people that are smart and have something original to say - which is why I like FreeRepublic.

Most professional ice skating events have a "kiss and cry" room. Sure looks like FR could use one for the marginalized supporters of failed political candidates.

Well, action figure Arnold comes with a hairdresser.

But, request denied.

Why? Your buddy Palpatine had the guts to admit he agrees with Arnold more. Why not you? Admitting the problem is the first step to recovery.

Uh. Excuse me but he said "pathetic hack", not "party hack". You looked up the wrong definition.

Sorry...as you were! lol
