Absolutely right. Especially since it has to be 12% of the last vote to qualify and this recall has had the biggest turnout of the last four REGULAR elections. Plus, who will sign? Over 60% of the voters already said 'no on Dems' with this election! They just can't stand to lose and listen to the people.
