Dems: New Recall in 100 Days
NewsMax.com ^ | 10/08/03 | Carl Limbacher and NewsMax.com Staff

California Democrat Party state spokesman Bob Mulholland said his party is giving Arnold Schwarzenegger just 100 days before a new recall effort may be launched.

Mulholland made his threat on Fox News Tuesday night after polls closed and major press outlets declared Arnold Schwarzenegger the winner.

On Tuesday, Gray Davis declined to refute reports that he may back a new recall effort against Schwarzenegger.

Already press reports indicate that Democrats have $3 million prepared for a new recall effort.

Also, Hollywood billionaire Stephen Bing has promised to finance any Democratic-backed recall effort.

It also seems to be a repudiation of the "professional politicians". Having watched many of them for years, it seems as though it is just some type of musical chairs game.

Maybe you'll believe me now, CA should be given back to mexico, and anybody living out ther now automaticaly mexican citizens. \

NO! California just showed some admirable chutzpah today. There's lots of hope for California now.

I'm wondering if a sleeping giant was awakened out there.

I dare them. Susan Estrich was on Fox warning the Democrats not to do this. She thinks that the Davis recall does not mean that California is necessarily in play for Bush in 2004. If Democrats go through with an effort to try and recall Arnold, it very much will be. As usual, Democrat losers are misreading the voters.

I can not for the life of me understand why anybody supports Gray Davis. He reminds me of that weird kid in junior high that nobody ever wanted to talk to or get too close to, for fear that someone might actually think they were friends.

Don't waste any more time worrying. It ain't gonna happen!

No it aint. Phoney recalls wont cut it in Cal. This recall was from the heart from a lot of folks that have nothing but total contempt for this corrupt Davis leftist administration......

They won't get enough signatures on a recall petition.

They will make them up if they have to.

Wolf Blitzer just called Arnold a Senator. He was talking to McClintock, asking, basically "Do you worry about working with a Senator with so many policies at odds with your own?"

Bring it on! RATs will be making a huge mistake in CA with this large amount of support for Arnold -- CFI reporting Torres is now saying there will probably not be a CA Recall!

Looking at the numbers, I tend to agree.....

I don't think it was so much support for Davis, as not having a Republican governor.

The Dims had to stick with him.

He is funny.

And quite out of touch with the reality of the numbers which brought Ahnold in.

I just hope Sharon Davis will be okay.

Yeah, she better stay away from that psycho Gray for awhile.

Nope can't do that never been to mexico, have no desire to go, after all it is coming here.

BTW I ran away from CA when my bike tax went to a 150 bucks, in 1989, and they outlawed my weapons.

Nothing is funnier than DU on election night.

I hate to give them hits, but they haven't had a good election in a while - after every new one, they all promise to move to France or some other "enlightened" country away from all the cowboys, but they never do...
