"Drudge, Exit Polls Show Recall, Schwazenegger poised for easy win.. just now!"
Way cool :). (Although I dislike exit polls on principle, LOL.)

hehehe... we'll pop the champagne tonight! Not even a lousy ACLU lawsuit will take away the evening from us. Its not Arnold's victory, its the victory of the good people of California over their liberal establishment!

This election of Arnold and the recall of Gray Davis represents the greatest defeat the liberals have had since...uhh.... the fall of Saddam Hussein.
Imagine the gloom on [formerly perky] Katie Couric's face tomorrow morning as she interviews Tim Russert:
"Tim, wha'happened !?!?"
To: Wphile
Here was my prediction:
34% Busty
40% Arnold
20 %Tom
6 % et. al.
And a lot of people called me a Rino for giving Tom so little.
To: Sabertooth
Running to the center before consolidatingt on the right is never a unifying strategy for California Republicans running statewide. Some people need to learn that conservatives (or quasi conservatives) arent the span of Satin, Arnold could be a start. I wish we had someone like Arnold to oppose some of the more liberal types up here in Washington State, even if my personal views are more conservative than his.
Just heard you on Hugh, good job.

Matthews earlier predicted Cruz would win. Has he rescinded his remarks or apologized yet?Matthews is very susceptible to dem talking point memos and clearly was parroting that line this morning. He is almost always wrong on his initial gut feelings and this unfortunate susceptibility.
He just soldiers on, adapting to the facts as they become self-evident, so now is back on track with reality.
(if you followed my reasoning there. LOL)

*purr* Drinking a grasshopper here, and burning up the phonelines to get to those who haven't voted yet. Dumbest excuse so far: My cat sitter hasn't gotten here yet. (We dispatched a cat carrier and a car to give her a ride.)

What are Tom's numbers? I haven't heard anything and just got on the thread.
From what I can sense, it looks like Arnold's well over the 40% level, yes?

Wonder when he's going to say he's known it was Arnold all the time? Ha, it will never fly nor did it when he recently said he voted for Bush.
