PRAYER WARRIOR ALERT!!

THE FOLLOWING JUST CAME IN FROM TRUTHnTEGRITY AS AN ISSUE WHICH NEEDS SOME IMMEDIATE PRAYER. Thanks for letting us know, TNT, and thank everyone for the immediate response for which you are becoming famous:

"I heard from the wife of a 1SGT this Morning that DHL is the carrier for the mail into Baghdad, and they are the plane that got shot at this past week, and had to turn around and make an emergency landing. Now they are claiming it is too dangerous to fly in and out of Baghdad, and so far, there are FIVE days of mail/packages/letters/cards to our guys that are sitting somewhere that DHL hasn't brought in."

"I'm praying that Airborne, or FedEx or UPS grabs the contract and flies in the mail, in time for all of the packages/whatever to make it to our guys in time for Christmas. There is NOTHING more demoralizing than these guys not getting their mail. "

Merciful Father,

We, your children are here gathered as closely together in our various posts across the face of the earth as though we were in the same room holding hands, for in our hearts and minds, we are.

We are asking that you will perform a miracle of joy and morale for our boys and girls who are on the front lines there in Iraq. The mail delivery system has apparently been threatened with the consequent result that our troops have a backlog of mail which has not been delivered.

Father, we call for the shattering of all opposition to our mail transportation systems. Root out all who threaten it at any level. Protect and guard with your angels the people who have the assignment to deliver it. Guard the planes, transport conveyances, and any other necessary equipment which is used in processing and delivering mail to our troops.

We do not know what your plan is concerning the mail delivery contract system, but we do place on the altar our appeal that the dangers can be immediately and demonstrably minimized so as to make it feasible and conscionable on the part of company decision makers to send their pilots in despite past dangers.

Father, mail is such a crucial life line of the heart for our troops and their families. Please take our prayers and multiply them with oceans of your mercy. Let our prayers also be perfected according to thy Will.

We thank you Father, for we know you hear your children. You have never given us a stone when we have asked for wholesome bread. If the mails are late, then we call forth and lovingly expect a miracle of direct communication to our troops of the love we have for them despite the absence of a physical letter.

Father, I stand in agreement with Texokie that you would dispatch your Angels to protect the planes and the crews who deliver the mail to our soldiers. Protect them Lord, that they would be able to safely deliver the mail to our soldiers in a timely fashion.

Father, we humbly ask that you would receive our prayers and act upon them in the name of Jesus. Amen!

Dear Lord: Please provide comfort for our troops and soothe their worries. May the dangers in Iraq ease and our soldiers be able to receive letters and packages from family and supporters. We ask for special gifts from you for these beloved, brave men and women.

Praying with you for the protection and strength of our courageous mail carriers on the ground in Iraq, and for our pilots and other civilian and military workers in the air ~ many Veterans ~ to be given protection from above ~ and permission from US military Command ~ with the addition of air support if necessary ~ to safely bring the mail from home to the troops for Christmas.
