Please name someone out of the vast number of celebrities or even your own friends who have gone to jail for using heroin or opiates. I can't think of any. They frequently go to the Betty Ford Center.

As a matter of fact, I do know someone who was in jail for simple possession, but he couldn't afford anything like Betty Ford or anything resembling a decent lawyer, so he got spend a few weeks in jail.

As far as celebrities, well lets see, Robert Downey comes to mind. I don't usually keep track of Hollywood, so I'm no expert on who spent how much time for what.
