Just in: Issa is set to endorse Arnold Schwarzenegger for governor in the morning, according the FNC reporter in CA and Alan Colmes on H&C.

I'm still laughing, one of the best political jokes on TV ever. Mary Carey is what her response was.
To: Kevin Curry
For his courage and coolness despite the vicious and unjust attacks on his character, there are few men living I have come to respect as much as I have McClintock.Very well said. I agree wholeheartedly.
Tonight's performance was nothing less than magnificent. McClintock made me proud to be a conservative because HE was clearly proud to be the only conservative on the panel tonight.

I loved Tom's line about illegals: "They're cutting to the front of the line." Betcha the Sheeple get THAT one.
KABC radio is playing Arianna talking and whistling the theme song from "Green Acres" over her.
To: lainie
It's being reported on MSNBC now.

In all my years at FR, this was the FASTEST moving thread ever. Lots of great comments. And Jim's system handled it. Amazing. No kidding. I'm a pretty fast reader, and I was consistently 30-50 posts behind. LOL...Smokin'!!

Just in: Issa is set to endorse Arnold Schwarzenegger for governor in the morning, according the FNC reporter in CA and Alan Colmes on H&C.LOFL, I bet he really had to swallow hard after McClintock's incredible runaway win in tonight's debate. Of course, I don't know how much impact Issa's endorsement will have, but I suppose it can't hurt.
To: novacation
McClintock is the only one who didn't dance around the question or profess love of illegals.
Every other candidate pandered, and Schwarzenegger was the least forthright about the degree to which he's willing to pander to Illegals.

I'm voting to stir up the system. It worked in MN.
The same conservative coalition that elected Ventura just passed a CC gun bill, an flat impossiblity before the political shake up..
--- Thos young, first time voters were a big part of electing Jesse..
I don't find it scary at all.
-tpaine-
When they don't know or care about the issues? I seem to recall Clinton talking about his underwear on MTV. That was the newsclip which aired over and over on MTV.
What good did those charmed voters bring?
-Stew-
They cared enough about issues to pass a CC gun bill in MN.
I don't have clue what clintons underwear on MTV means to you.

wouldn't it be great to see McClintock go against Boxer! Roger that. And this could be in the works as the payoff. An Arnold sure win and a McClintock defeat of Boxer would be too good to be true. I'm praying for it.
To: demnomo
The "diss the recall" stuff coming from Arianna and Cruz was bizarre! If they really felt that way, they would both be out stumping for Davis instead of campaigning/debating. What a pair of self-absorbed egotists... Completely agree! I think it is called either 'cognitive dissonance' or 'duplicity'.
To: ladyinred
People are pouring in to California alright Green Jeans, but they aren't legally here! Moron! Blame Bush again!
LOL! That was my comment too, hurled uselessly at the television... yeah, they're pouring in... OVER THE BORDER!

I have to agree here, when you have people so sensitive and vulnerable about their favorite lifetime politician, they should be sheltered from negative comments.</> Negative comments we can handle. Insufferably boorish and sophomoric comments (like yours) we can do without.
